Making a Purchase
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT 20%.
Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process, after you choose your preferred delivery method.
We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer.
We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.
Shipping And Handling
All shipping and handling prices are worked out by the total weight of the package and how far it has to travel. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, provided it has not been received by us in the interim from the supplier or is a special order.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer or Pay Pal (+3.5% additional charge).
For payments via bank transfer the items will not be shipped until we receive the money on our account. You will have our banking information during the purchasing procedure.
Tax Charges
All prices on this site are for orders made from the

New products supplied by us are guaranteed for 24 months. The warranty excludes wear and tear, external or internal damage caused through misuse or accident.
